Appeals

As stated in our fairness policy, we offer a sympathetic and transparent appeal procedure for motorists who have genuine cause for mitigation.

  • Appeals must be made in writing and supported with evidence, to the address shown on our contact page or by completing the form below.
  • Appeals must be received by us within 28 days of a notice being issued.
  • Adjudications are made in writing within 28 days.
  • Unsuccessful appeals received within the 28 day period will be given an extended period from the date of the response to pay the reduced charge, or escalate their appeal to the Independent Appeals Service offered as part of our accredited operator status.
